DNA Encoded Library (DEL) is an innovative drug discovery technology rapidly gaining wide spread interest in the pharmaceutical industry in recent years. It combines the power of molecular biology, combinatorial chemistry, high throughput sequencing and advanced informatics to create vast number of novel molecules for hit identification and lead generation. HitGen has been building a large collection of novel, diverse and drug-like DELs as its primary drug discovery platform.
HitGen initiates a number of innovative drug discovery projects. These projects can be the subject of collaboration, which cover the areas of oncology, CVD, inflammation/ respiratory, metabolism and ophthalmology.
